Are All Consultations Free?

Only consultations with our aestheticians are free.

Visits for brown spots, birthmarks, vein treatments and tattoo removal must be with our PA's
and are not free.

If you have brown spots on your skin or active acne, for your health and safety, we require that you first be seen by a PA or a doctor and these appointments are not free. When you call or email we can determine if we'll need to schedule your appointment with a medical provider.

Prior to doing any type of laser treatment for brown spots a medical provider must evaluate and rule out any type of skin cancer. Certain moles must be biopsied and cannot be removed with a laser. Our tattoo removal treatments also are done by the PA's and they will meet with you to explain the procedure and explain the price of the treatments.

Are Tattoo Consults Free?

Good news! Although there is a fee for tattoo consultations, if you choose to treat the tattoo during the same visit with the PA, the consultation fee will be credited toward the treatment.

Cosmetic Consultations

Cosmetic consultations are informative appointments with our aestheticians. Often the consultation includes a free VISIA skin analysis.

Treatments that they can discuss with you are BOTOX or Dysport; fillers such as Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm; Latisse for longer eyelashes; and various laser treatments for hair removal, wrinkles, skin texture and sun damage.

At the Laser Treatment Center we are dedicated to offering state-of-the-art treatments; we have about 15 laser or light systems. Choosing the most appropriate treatment can be important; our aestheticians are experts at helping you choose the treatment that will be best for you. Sometimes other facilities only have one or two lasers to choose from and no matter what your concern will recommend those lasers.

During your consultation we will give you a realistic idea of what to expect from your treatment as well as the costs involved. When helping you choose, some areas we consider are cost, downtime or healing time, skin type, and nature of the problem.

At the end of this visit you will have clear recommendations about what treatments are best to address your specific concerns.

Which Consultation Applies to You?

(If you have medical concerns, such as skin cancer or questionable lesions or spots, you will need to schedule an appointment with one of our medical providers for a diagnosis and treatment plan)

Going South on I-405:

Take Exit 20 (NE 124th St.). At the exit stop light turn left onto NE 124th St. At Totem Lake Blvd. turn left. Follow to next light (120th Ave NE) and turn right. You are now on 120th Ave. Follow 120th up the hill (past Trader Joe's). Go through light at 128th and then turn into the 2nd driveway on the left. We are in the Evergreen Professional Plaza between 128th and 130th lane. We are in Bldg G towards the rear of the parking lot, Suites 100 and 104.

Going North on I-405:

Take exit 20B (NE 124th St/Totem Lake Blvd). Stay in the right lane towards Totem Lake Blvd. and go under the freeway, proceed through the stoplight onto 120th Ave NE. Follow 120th Ave up the hill (past Trader Joe's). Go through light at 128th and then turn into the 2nd driveway on the left. We are in the Evergreen Professional Plaza between 128th and 130th lane. We are in Bldg G towards the rear of the parking lot, Suites 100 and 104.

Be sure to allow sufficient travel time as this is a high traffic area and there is often construction going on nearby at Evergreen Hospital.
